About

What We Do

The Chief Emeka Agba Foundation is a non-profit organization that is committed to addressing one of the most prominent challenges peculiar to Africa’s most populous nation, namely the high rate of unemployment vis-à-vis a youthful but disappointingly under-utilized workforce. To that end, youth empowerment, mentorship, skills acquisition and opportunity creation are tenets that are central to the organization’s agenda.

The foundation is the brainchild of Chief Emeka Agba, an entrepreneur in the Nigerian solid minerals industry, and through this initiative, Chief Agba hopes to give back to society while also hedging against an uncertain future that generations yet to come stand to inherit should nothing be done today.

Our agency has been present for over 7 years. We make the best for all our children.

Our Vision

With a population numbering a little under two hundred million citizens, Nigeria is indisputably the Giant of Africa by virtue of the sheer size of its population. When you consider that over half of said population are aged 40 and below, it is safe to say that, economically at least, Nigeria is blessed with an abundance of human capital. Shockingly, a vast number of Nigeria’s youthful population find it difficult to secure meaningful employment, an issue that could be compounded by the fact that Nigeria’s population is predicted to double by 2050.

The Chief Emeka Agba Foundation recognizes the urgency required to tackle this issue head-on, as well as the need to create an environment that is conducive to nurturing the talents of an overwhelmingly young population whose potential knows no bounds.
